Basistek which aims to enhance its service quality for customers day by day has started this project to raise the bar further with respect efficiency, measurability and manageability. The top objective of Basistek is to ensure the management of time, cost, scope and other resources of several ongoing projects conducted for its customers from a single point within the company. At the second stage, real-time reports about the projects managed in this way have been prepared for each customer. Basistek has implemented this digital transformation project, using the domestic and national software of BTSOFT. Thanks to the ease of use of the software platform and the expertise level of the project team, the company has brought the project into use in a short period, two months. Goal of Basistek in the near future is to launch its software regarding Service Management and Inventory (Asset) Management which is its specialty. Moreover, it aims to meet customer needs more quickly than its competitors, particularly with regard to workflow and customization.by utilizing flexibility of the platform developed by the company.
